Terms & Conditions
US Visa Group’s services are subject to the following terms & conditions.
Service Agreement
We shall provide a written service agreement upon request that includes the scope of services, estimated time frames, service fees, government fees and other fixed expenses.
Invoice
Upon execution of the service agreement, we shall send a detailed invoice to the client. After receiving the payment, we shall provide a tax invoice / receipt and stat the work.
Value Added Tax
Our invoices are subject to VAT at the current rate of 7%.
Payments
Payments shall be made according to the service agreement.
Expenses
Expenses incurred and advanced by US Visa Group shall be reimbursed by the client upon written request. Generally, we will seek the client’s written approval of for expenses that are more than 2,000 Baht prior to incurring such expenses unless previously quoted in the service agreement.
Refunds
Any payments received are final and shall only be refunded at our discretion for legal cause.
Confidentiality
We shall keep all information provided by the client strictly confidential unless compelled by law.
Taxes
The client is responsible to pay their respective taxes resulting from and levied upon the service agreement as required by law.
Governing Law
US Visa Group’s services shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with US Visa Group’s services including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof and any related non-contractual obligations shall be settled by arbitration seated in Bangkok under the Thailand Arbitration Institute rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The number of arbitrators shall be one and the language to be used in the proceedings shall be English. The final decision of the arbitration entity shall be final and binding upon all Parties, and each Party hereby consents to the entry of a judgment enforcing any such decision in any appropriate jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
The service agreement will automatically terminate on any catastrophic event of force majeure, which substantially affects the core terms and conditions of US Visa Group’s services. US Visa Group shall not be liable for the occurrence of such force majeure events.
